We offer wedding services ranging from “day of ” to full service planning and coordination. In both levels, your event will be carefully managed and staffed by 2 of our professional team. We work with your officiant to organize the rehearsal and then are with you all day on Wedding Day until the last guest has departed the reception.

We approach “day of” planning (really a misnomer) completely differently than most coordinators in that we prefer to be involved in the process as early as possible. Be wary of any planner that pretends that he or she can show up on wedding day and expect to know precisely what is going on! We would prefer to guide you in vendor selections, event timelines, etc to assure a seamless experience for you and your family.

Our full service option is a service that will provide you with unlimited time from contract signing through wedding day and any follow up necessary after the wedding. After almost 20 years of wedding planning experience, and because each wedding is unique, we have found it more beneficial to have conversations with our brides about their specific needs and then incorporate those needs into our agreement.
